Women's Hell,

What inspired me to paint this, was the current socio-political climate in Poland, my home country. The people in power are spreading a divisive rhetoric, full of hate and bigotry. Racial, religious and sexual minorities are second grade citizens in the Polish society. Women are not equal to men in the eyes of the Polish law. Religious fundamentalists are taking control of this country and setting us back.
This painting represents the reality I want to live in, the reality we will hopefully live in one day.
